Hello Sunday!!!

Its a beautiful day outside. Its like 77 degree here in Texas. This is a great day to take the kids out to play. I will let them run around and be wild on the playground. Twins are a lot of work. They keep be on my toes. Getting them to and from the car can be a challenge when dropping them off at daycare or just getting into the car in general. I found the use of a hula hoop to be helpful.

I have them line up at the door, I tell them to grab the hoop, and we all 3 carry it to the car. This keeps them from running off. Thankful for my hula hoop.

Full Body Workout

So a few days ago I was strolling on Facebook and came across a video where a lady was doing the cupid shuffle challenge. Apparently this challenge started about a year ago but I'm just now hearing and seeing about it, so I had to give it a try. There's two ways to do it, in the plank position or in a push-up position. I chose the push-up position. The plank position, I would say it's for the more advanced. My goal is to be able to do this throughout the whole length of the song. Hello..... I know I know it's been awhile since I've posted!!!! To tell you the truth I'm not much of a writer, however I do love to share. I do most of my sharing on YouTube!!!! That's not what this post is about tho.... I came on here to tell you all about these little Black rollers I got from the Dollar Tree!!!!!! I was curious  to see if they would work on my hair!!!! So I bought them,  I could spare to loose a dollar or two if they didn't work. I will be back to buy more!!!!! Check out this  Video  and let me know what you think!!!!
