A CURVY GIRL AND HER CLOTHES

Full Body Workout

So a few days ago I was strolling on Facebook and came across a video where a lady was doing the cupid shuffle challenge. Apparently this challenge started about a year ago but I'm just now hearing and seeing about it, so I had to give it a try. There's two ways to do it, in the plank position or in a push-up position. I chose the push-up position. The plank position, I would say it's for the more advanced. My goal is to be able to do this throughout the whole length of the song. My three-year-old decided to join in with me, here is a uncut unedited video. Artist:  Cupid Album:  Time for a Change Released:  2007
